The One DHS Standards and accompanying evidence guide will further reinforce the monitoring and evaluation theme from HASS. All services will have to provide evidence that they are monitoring and evaluating their activities against the new standards.

Some of the skills needed are: negotiation, persuasion, project management, consensus building, and understanding of the capabilities of the organisation's workforce and the ability to direct and advise on change management activities etc,.
