What is the role of a facilitator of continuous quality improvement in an organisation? People who have been designated as the internal contact to deal with QICSA or another assessment body are more than “compliance officers.”
Some of the skills needed are: negotiation, persuasion, project management, consensus building, an understanding of the capabilities of the organisation’s workforce and the ability to direct and advise on change management activities etc,.
