About Parity

About Parity Parity is the national homelessness publication of the Council to Homeless Persons. Parity is published 10 times a year and seeks to cover the whole range of issues connected with homelessness and the provision of housing and services to homeless people. Each edition has a central focus or theme. Contributions to Parity are welcome.
