CHP Submission to 'A Charter of Rights for children and young people in care'
This submission supports the development of a Charter of Rights for children and young people in out of home care. The submission highlights the high risk of homelessness for children and young people in care, and identifies some key features of a Charter of Rights, including a right of access to out of home care for children and young people 15 years and under, who are unable to live at home, and have no alternate support and accommodation options.

CHP Submission to 'A Good Night for All': Options for improving safety and amenity in inner city entertainment precincts
CHP has responded to 'A good night for all' discussion paper as we are concerned that the safety, security and amenity of young people experiencing homelessness has not been fully considered. The submission provides information on the numbers of young people experiencing homelessness in inner city entertainment precinct areas. It also considers the relationship that young people experiencing homelessness have with public space. Additionally CHP expresses deep concern over the interpretation of antisocial behviour contained in the discussion paper.
